Lindsey had a wee accident on a trampoline not long ago and bent her glasses pretty badly. Perhaps not so badly to warrant new glasses, but since our insurance would cover a new pair, she has traded in her purple wire frames for some pretty cool new ones. Randy took her on a little date last night and helped her pick out frames, got a milkshake, and then picked up her new glasses - all in one night! We usually order them and it takes a few weeks to get them back, so that was speedy. You can't tell in this picture, but the sides of the dark frames are a very pretty, light blue that matches her eyes. Lindsey is now at the stage of shunning pinks in favor of cooler blues. Did you go through that phase? I know I did. She looks so grown up!

It was :) But it really wasn't a problem, just a good excuse to get some new glasses! And ones like Carson's no less!
She's looking so grown up!! Love the blue..Navy seems to be a staple in almost everything I wear lately..and I remember growing out of the pink phase too!!:)
